2. A monthly budget of your expenses

3. Tax returns for the last 2 years

4. Wills and trust documents

5. Mutual Funds/Stock/ bond etc. statements (Preferably the recent year end)

6. Bank statement-listing accounts

7. Any pension or 401(k) statements

8. All insurance policies
