Christopher Acheson's Bio

Christopher Acheson is a financial services representative with New England Financial. He is an experienced professional with more years of experience assisting families and businesses with their investment, retirement strategies, insurance and other financial needs. Acheson has recently been published in Newday's Act II "Ask the Expert" column & Businessweek.com.  Chris has three offices serving clients in the New York-CT-New Jersey metro area & is currently a member of the Long Island Moving and Storage Association.

His philosophy is to take a holistic client-centered approach to wealth accumulation and risk management strategies. His overall goal is to help his clients build and protect wealth through the many financial products and services that are currently available.

Chris received his Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY.  He has been seen recently teaching adult education classes in local schools and is an off-campus admissions representative for Hamilton College and Sea Education Association.  Chris is married to Meghan and lives in Queens with his dog Oscar.

Among Chris's many accomplishments, he has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and also qualified for John Hancock's 2004 Conference. *   In his spare time, Chris races sailboats and enjoys kayaking, and mountain biking.
